We have undertaken a due diligence exercise for an investment opportunity at a number of airports in the South East UK. This involved undertaking a high level review of projections that have been provided by the vendors prior to commencement of the formal sale process. The key elements of this review were developing Traffic Forecasts, inputs to financial model and proposals for future infrastructure.
