13/11/2008 - Advisor to BAA on sale of London Gatwick Airport

BAA recently announced its intention to sell London Gatwick Airport. This is within the context of the Competition Commission’s Notice of Possible Remedies, which proposed that BAA should be required to sell two of its three London airports. BAA has appointed AviaSolutions as Independent Adviser to assist in a competitive staged auction process. AviaSolutions is providing traffic, technical and commercial vendor due diligence on the asset.
