12/06/2009 - BOT Transaction Benchmarking - Asia

We have undertaken a benchmarking analysis of relevant BOT airport transactions for an Asian airport operator. This work focussed on key transaction parameters such as tender duration, concession structure and duration, and capital investment commitments. In addition we carried out a benchmarking analysis of aeronautical fees and charges of comparable competitor airports in the region with a view to assessing the competitiveness of the airport.
