01/06/2007 - GE joint venture with Avia

GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AviaSolutions. We now plan to expand our consultancy services into global markets, focusing on growth areas in Asia, and the Americas. AviaSolutions will also work with GECAS in the active investment, and development of regional airports and airport terminals worldwide.
